Optional advertising measurement is your choice

Optional Meta Pixel measurement was enabled on October 20, 2026. It loads only after you choose Allow tracking. You can browse and send an inquiry without allowing it. This version requires a fresh choice: earlier saved opt-ins are not reused, and earlier opt-outs remain honored.

Cookie settings in the footer shows the current measurement status. Keep tracking off and Do not sell or share my information record an opt-out for this browser. You can return to these controls to change your choice; a detected Global Privacy Control signal takes priority over an opt-in.

Storage used by the website

  • Privacy preference, in local storage. This records your optional-tracking choice so it can be honored on subsequent visits in the same browser. It remains until changed, cleared, or removed by the browser. It does not contain your inquiry or contact details.
  • Submission receipt, in session storage. After the delivery service accepts an inquiry, a small marker containing the accepted status, timestamp, destination page, and campaign identifier supports the confirmation page and prevents replaying a successful-inquiry event. It is recognized for up to ten minutes and removed when read on the thank-you page. Otherwise, it may remain until the browser session ends; browser session restoration can affect when session storage is cleared.

The website does not save your name, email, phone, price range, message, or other form answers in this storage. Browser autofill, history, and page restoration operate separately. Clearing site data removes saved privacy choices and confirmation markers; it does not delete records already delivered to Evan or a provider.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

When this website detects a browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, it records an opt-out, overriding an earlier opt-in, and displays that the request was honored. Removing the signal later does not itself opt you back in. The choice applies to this browser; you may also contact Evan about records associated with you. See how to enable GPC.

The site does not separately interpret the older Do Not Track (DNT) signal. GPC and DNT are different signals. Optional Meta measurement remains off while GPC is detected, even if tracking was previously allowed.

What Meta measurement sends after permission

After you allow tracking, Meta Pixel can use cookies and similar technology to measure PageView events and Lead events for inquiries accepted by the delivery service. A direct visit to a thank-you page does not itself create a Lead event. The site does not add your form answers to these event parameters. Meta may receive online identifiers, page and event information, browser and device details, and network information, and connect that activity with information from other websites or services for advertising and measurement. This can constitute a sale or sharing of information for advertising under applicable privacy law.

Cookie settings and the opt-out control allow you to withdraw permission for future optional measurement in this browser. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Meta or necessarily remove existing cookies. Browser privacy controls can remove stored cookies; Meta’s own privacy controls address its independent processing. Allowing measurement does not grant permission for automated marketing calls, marketing texts, or a newsletter. See Meta’s U.S. Privacy Notice.

Forms, hosting, and external services

Sending an inquiry discloses the form contents to the configured contact-management service or to FormSubmit for email forwarding. The delivery service and hosting providers process the technical information needed to operate their services. Their cookies, logs, and retention practices are separate from the two browser-storage items above. Declining optional advertising tracking does not prevent the processing needed to deliver a form you choose to submit.

Campaign labels in links are URL parameters, not cookies. The site carries only the five UTM campaign fields between its own links and includes them with an inquiry. It does not store your browsing history or copy arbitrary URL parameters into the inquiry. Hosting providers can still receive the URL requested by your browser.

Social-media and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. They are not embedded social widgets. See Who receives information for Follow Up Boss, FormSubmit, hosting, email, and brokerage disclosures.

Use Privacy choices and requests to request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out concerning information associated with you. You can email evan@thewowski.com or call 925-492-7023, including when JavaScript or browser storage is unavailable. The Privacy Notice explains how material changes are communicated.
