What you get

A useful comparison starts with your priorities.

Prepared by Evan Karwowski. Read it on your own, or talk it through with me when you’re ready.

  1. 01

Up to three available options, including homes you send when appropriate.

  2. 02

Relevant facts, trade-offs, and questions that still need checking.

  3. 03

A practical next step, whether that is a closer look or a change to the search.

The work, before the introduction

See how the comparison works.

One priority. Three possibilities. A clear distinction between what the information suggests and what still needs checking.

Illustrative exampleFictional homes A, B, and C. These are not current listings or client results.
The buyer’s priority

“A usable ground-floor room matters to me.”

A

A possible layout fit

The example records suggest a ground-floor room that may fit the buyer’s plans.

What to check
Permitted use, dimensions, and whether the layout works in person.
Next step
Clarify the room’s use before prioritizing a tour.
B

A different tradeoff

The example layout puts the extra room upstairs instead.

What to check
Whether another part of the home could meet the buyer’s stated need.
Next step
Decide whether this compromise is worth exploring.
C

A question still open

The example information does not establish the room’s location or use.

What to check
Ask for a floor plan and clarification. Avoid filling the gap with a guess.
Next step
Get the missing information before comparing fit.

Your real comparison also includes dated source links, price and status, relevant ownership costs where available, and the priorities you share. Information and availability need verification.

What happens next

A straightforward process.

Your comparison within two business days after I receive your search preferences. A planning call is optional.

  1. 01

    Tell me what matters.

Share your preferred area, working budget, timing, and top two priorities. You can include homes you have already saved.

  2. 02

    I organize the comparison.

I review available information, check current status, and separate supported facts from questions that need more investigation.

  3. 03

    Choose the next step.

Review the comparison on your own, or request a 15-minute planning call to talk through it. Any property tour is arranged separately.

Your agent, personally

Local knowledge. A personal approach.

I grew up in Brentwood and first earned my real estate license in 2019. My background also includes two and a half years as a software engineer.

I bring that attention to detail to real estate: organized research, plain-language explanations, and room for you to decide.

Clear information.
A direct conversation.

Your questions come to me. Your next step should make sense to you.

Before you ask

A few useful answers.

Do I have to book a call?

No. You can receive and review the comparison first. A short conversation is optional.

What if no homes fit my search?

I will explain the mismatch and the choices worth reconsidering. The comparison may include fewer than three homes; I will not fill it with unsuitable options.

Can I send homes I have already found?

Yes. Share the listing links and what you like or want to understand. I will check whether the homes are still available and appropriate to include.

Is this an inspection or an appraisal?

No. It organizes available information and questions for further investigation. Inspections, appraisals, lending advice, and legal advice require the appropriate professionals.

What if I already have an agent?

Please tell me before requesting personalized work. Existing representation can affect what assistance is appropriate.

Does this request hire you as my agent?

No. We would discuss services, duration, and negotiable compensation in a separate written buyer representation agreement before touring homes together.
