An optional outline of three next steps based on what you have already completed.

  3. 03

Your agent, personally

Local knowledge. A personal approach.

I grew up in Brentwood and first earned my real estate license in 2019. My background also includes two and a half years as a software engineer.

I bring that attention to detail to real estate: organized research, plain-language explanations, and room for you to decide.

Clear information.
A direct conversation.

Your questions come to me. Your next step should make sense to you.

Before you ask

A few useful answers.

Do I need to be preapproved first?

No. The checklist can help you prepare for a lender conversation and organize the questions to ask before a more detailed home search.

Will this tell me exactly what I can afford?

No. Your finances and lending options need a separate conversation with a qualified professional. This resource helps you prepare for that conversation.

Do I have to buy soon?

No. Tell me your timeframe so the next steps fit your plans. Waiting or choosing a time to revisit the decision can be reasonable.

Do I have to share my email to use the checklist?

No. The full checklist is available on this page. Use the form if you would like an email copy. You can separately choose a personalized next-step outline.

Is a call or representation agreement required?

A call is optional, and requesting introductory help does not hire me as your agent. Before touring homes together, we would discuss the appropriate written agreement, including services and negotiable compensation.
